I was in the store today and I've got to say that the employee Annabelle was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel welcome and was very helpful in finding what I needed as she is knowledgeable. She is fantastic 10/10.

I asked the kid working there why 2 bottles that looked the same were different prices. My man said, "I dont know, I dont make the prices." Cmon man, you gotta be better than that up in here.

GNC used to be great and have great employees. Now it seems that the employees either aren't knowledgeable or just don't care that you bothered to come in. On top of that, the shelves are starting to be bare of what I used to get often. They have been consistently out of supplements i bought regularly in the past. It seems like online is the way to go now.

When I went into the store last week, each employee was wearing a face mask. The location was undergoing renovation and resupplying of GNC products. I'm not sure when the reviewer went into the location, but I hope that she knows that the world doesn't revolve around Karens. I was treated with excellent customer service and would recommend this location to anyone in the Shreveport-bossier area. The manager of the location has a good understanding of which supplements I should take. I came in with a goal of finding supplements to aid with my weight loss, and the associate at the location gave me the best products for my weightloss. #2021 Weightloss

Absolutely horrible service. Guy wasn't wearing a mask and was so rude. The store was also very disorganized and messy.

I always buy my products at gnc. This is the first time I visited this location and the first time I was not assisted. I was the only customer in the store. I spent about 5 minutes searching for information about products on my phone and the sales associate starred at me but never asked if he could help me. After I picked up my normal products I asked him what was his recommendation for a healthy digestive tract supplement. All he said was probiotics. Well duh! He said there is one over there...which I had to locate myself. I asked if this is the only brand he had in store. He said no we have others but that’s our main one. As a customer that’s simply not enough information. Why would I buy a product without more details than that? I will not return!

NOT HAPPY!!!! I CANNOT GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE- JUST STAYS BUSY!!!!!!!!! How aggravating :) Now, the phone rings and rings and finally a message says "enter your remote access code" which of course I don't have and then, it hangs up!!!!!!!!!! I will never shop here again!! I also bought a product called Glucocil which is a high priced supplement touted as being so great for blood sugar reduction. It has not done one thing for my blood sugar except maybe elevate it!! Don't waste your money!!!!
