Worst customer service ever. We ordered an automotive radiator, and upon arrival, the box looked like it had ben dropped off of a skyscraper. It as covered in dents and holes. Not surprisingly, there were four breaks and cracks in the radiator core itself. I initiated and RMA through the vendor (CarParts.com), who supplied a pre-paid shipping label for the return. Upon arriving at the FedEx store on Beene Blvd., I was met with horrible attitudes from all employees. They insisted that I needed to pay $37.00 for a new box for the radiator to be repackaged before it could be re-shipped. Keep in mind, ALL of the damage to the packaging and the product occurred while the merchandise was in the possession and care of Federal Express. The GM or the store, Tanisha Wood, told me that it wasn't their problem.Fortunately, CarParts.com not only resolved the issue, they're sending a FedEx delivery truck to retrieve the package (damage and all), and FedEx will be delivering the damaged packaging and merchandise to the vendor free of charge to myself.This is NOT how to run a business, price gouging customers for damage that the business caused. The attitudes of the employees made it infinitely worse. I will never return to this store.

We don't get very good service from this location it's location they deliver our packages to the wrong house We always have to drive to a neighbor's house to get our packages one day we will not receive them

The printing came out fine. The team member was distracted, but courteous. However, she waited until she had printed and copied almost my complete order to spring this $30 "priority print" charge on me. What was I supposed to do - I needed my printing and the order was almost complete. The charge is stupid. When someone comes to a print shop, chances are they need their copies the same day. Because of this bogus charge, There is a high chance that I will not be using your company again. My 8.5x14 posters were to be printed on a cardstock paper. My flyers and copied documents were to be on regular weight paper. Everything was printed/copied on the same weight paper. Also, the copied documents came out nice and collated which I thought was a nice touch, but then she destroyed the collation so that she could put them in a box. Later, while I was sorting through my copied documents, I discovered someone else's copies at the bottom of mine. These kind of things is what drives customers away.

I had a confusing mailing order and I didn't even have a FedEx account. The employee I worked with was very helpful, walking me through the whole process.

FedEx needs to get it together. This is the second time I have gotten here 30 minutes before their store is closing only to find lights out doors locked. You can't do that to people. Not for a shipping service. People need to know what time you will close. Please fix it: if your going to close early. Change your hours. I habe consistently bad experiences with every FedEx I go to lately.
