It's a wonderful place to enjoy a good workout and hear the word if you attend a class. The best part is it's free! Also it's open to the public. If you want overnight access you can get a key by simply donating.

Couldn’t recommend Chris enough. I was a little apprehensive about having a male trainer but with Chris there was really no need to worry. The best at what he does and such a lovely guy. Can’t imagine going anywhere else!

The manager of the thrift store is absolutely fabulous. She really listens. In a world where everyone is so preoccupied and distracted, she is a breath of fresh air. I was allowed to spend as much time as I needed inspecting every seem and cushion of the sofa I wanted. I was forced to find a new sofa due to a knee surgery and my sofa was too low to the ground. She allowed me to inspect,sit, & lay, for as long as I needed. It was quite a long while to ensure I could get out of this new sofa easily. She treated me with kindness and was without judgment. I felt perfectly comfortable. I didn’t have the money for New sofa from a furniture store and I was thankful to have an option that was affordable to my situation. Delivery was lower than any other delivery charge I have ever had for furniture. After they dropped off my furniture they took away a sofa for me. The moving crew was very pleasant.If this wasn’t so far from my house I would visit more often. An honorable mention was she gave me 2 delicious smoothies.I really feel like the vibe of their whole environment is kindness. I would definitely shop at this store, stop and get a smoothie,& workout at the Gym if you are in the area. 10 out of 10.

Christ Fit Gym is the best gym I’ve ever been to. The experience and the quality of the people that attend is unmatched. If you’re looking for a home gym that’s full of love, please come try it out. This place has become a second home full of awesome people, and we have awesome classes and equipment too.

Great place with nice people who want to serve the Lord and community. Met one of the founders and he was beyond nice. Fruits of the Spirit smoothie shop next door that is great for a pre/post workout drink, or a just because!

I was told they have a thrift store on China berry st on benton road in bossier city Louisiana and that they will come and pick up furniture, clothes and ect to help people in need so I called them and they came Friday and picked up a sofa with built in console and cup holders. I highlyrecommend them. I plan on looking at their gym also that's on the same street as their thrift store.
