Short version: if you get caught in a bind don't count on being let in at lunch even if it's hot as hell.
Well they don't kid around about lunch, fairly certain my 20 year old alternator ran out of life. Managed to limp my car before it died to their shop, was 12:13pm.
Knocked on the door since it was locked and a lady tells me they can help, it will be about a week and then tells me to get a drop off envelope and leave my keys and proceeds to close and lock the door.
I just drove there from Perkins down seigen with no ac on and am sweating bullets and still holding the lunch I bought before my car started it's crap.
So I guess the waiting room is closed from 12-1 and if you get caught in a bind then be ready to sweat.
The repair place around the corner on airline that does tires too said a couple days at most and I ate in the ac. Thanks guy at chabils

You have to get in line and leave your car for how ever long it takes, could be 2 weeks or more. They will not make appointments, so if you need your car until they can get to it, your out of luck. We left our car 5 days with them and they still hadn't look at it, if we take it home over the weekend we loose our place in line. We will not ever go back.
