Awful service as the two ladies working the AM shift on December 27 had absolutely no clue on how to solve a simple issue about the warranty on my screen protector and refused to even dig in to the records, stating there was nothing they could do. Obviously they were either not trained properly or just plain rude as their response was NO! I was ready to switch carriers, but I called a different T-Mobile office and they are able to help me. Shame in you, T-Mobile, you should have fully trained in both your policies and above all, Customer Service staff in your offices, especially one in a mall.

Ran a test of their customer service. Two employees sitting around in the store talking. I attempted to ask a couple questions about some products but got vauge answers and got the feeling they just wanted me to leave so they could continue their conversation. Would recommend going somewhere else. I am a T-Mobile customer fyi.

I went to this location 3 different days, I know the guys were tired of seeing me lol. Noah, Denzel, and Donte were so sweet and helpful. Being that I went to another location and didn’t have a great experience, they helped me with everything I needed and made sure I was well taken care of. All 5 stars for them!

Well after Att going crazy, I decided to talk with T-Mobile. I'm not sure if they're service will be any better But the customer service at the Blue bonnet @ Perkins Location I highly recommend. I had a problem with Att and felt the manager went beyond the normal to Take care of me.
