I don't buy paint often, but when I do, I'm going this Sherwin-Williams. I was greeted promptly by two friendly and knowledgeable associates. They answered my questions, asked me a few, and got me exactly what I needed in minutes. They even made me feel good about my purchase. Clearly well trained. I may have to have one of my girlfriends paint more.

Shane greeted my family and I as soon as we entered, and it only got better from there. Shane, like a grizzled captain at sea, guided me a hopelessly adrift homeowner to the correct answers. He was also able to help shorten my total project time by making sure i had the perfect type of finish, and that the paint i picked ( Emerald ) would allow for a primer less application and complete coverage of the previous owners vibrant red entrance colors. He was super informative, walked me right to the section for chalkboard paint while me mixed my custom color, and even offered to shake it up for me while i continued shopping. polite, helpful, and knowledgeable employees like Shane are what sets a company apart from their competitors. That man deserves a raise!

I was pleasantly surprised at the high level of service provided to me by Zac on my recent visit to Sherwin-Williams on Jones Creek. Zac provided recommendations for local handymen services, found appropriate solutions for my budget and anticipated my painting requirements (several of which had not even occurred to me). In these ways, he went "above and beyond". If you are beginning a painting project, you should go to this store and see Zac!

If you have a paint job to get done at home, this is your destination. Sherwin Williams is the best quality paint you can find and although you can buy it at Lowe's, the folks at the SW store are WAY more helpful. The display of color swatches is awesome (and somewhat overwhelming), but the staff can really help you select colors that would work for you. And if you need to match paint, you can bring in a sample and they will figure out the blend of paints needed to make it match. I had to do this when replacing trim around my door and they matched the paint perfectly. I do wish they offered smaller sample sizes. We tested out around 20 different colors when bought our last house and although I would've loved to do everything at SW, I ended up going to Lowe's for some of the samples just because they offered a smaller, cheaper size. Lowe's offers pint-size samples while SW only offers quarts. Although I haven't tried it, Sherwin Williams now offers free in-home video consultations to help select a paint color. I didn't realize how challenging and stressful picking paint colors can be, so this is definitely something I'd consider doing on our next paint job. While it is more expensive than other paint brands, I highly recommend SW for any paint job. High quality paint, great service, and easy to get in and out!
