Very happy with the repair. I had several other companies try to sell me a new door for 10x the cost versus just replacing the broken glass inside (lawnmower flung a rock). I received a quote a day after my appointment. I paid the deposit, glass was ordered, and then installed in about two weeks. I would recommend Capital Glass to others. Professional. Friendly. Worked efficiently and cleaned up the mess.

My car was vandalized on 8/3, so I scheduled an appointment on 8/7 with Capital Glass to have the passenger window of my car replaced. This appointment was confirmed. I called again the morning of the appointment to ensure the service would happen that day at the scheduled time, confirmed again.An hour before their repair technicians were set to arrive, they called me to say their warehouses didn't have the part available.I don't have a garage and the weather is hot and rainy this time of year in Baton Rouge. I find it completely unprofessional that Capital Glass wouldn't check more than an hour before the service was scheduled that the warehouses in fact did have the parts to complete the service.Unreliable, I wouldn't trust this company if you're in a bind.

One of your drivers almost hit me and my family on I10. The guy was on his phone or drunk, but kept swerving and almost took out a semi trailer in front of us. If they do work like they let their technicians drive.. steer clear.

Som1 break it in to my store and messed up my door frame . I call capital glass to come and fix it they give me quote I agree their price . But it’s been 4 months now since I pay them half as they required but still waiting for them to come and fix it . So unprofessional company highly recommend ppl don’t come to them and don’t make the same mistake what I did ..?

I had a quote done for 3 pieces of glass to be replaced for my windows. The quote was sent 5/22. I agreed to move forward. They stated the glass wouldn't come in until July. I call in July because I had not heard anything, they stated the glass was in (not sure they would have ever contacted me if I didn't call). I scheduled the installation. They replaced 2 out of 3 pieces of glass and noted that the third piece of glass was not the correct size. They said they would rush order it and have it in a week. I called a week later because I did not hear anything. No one in the office knew what I was talking about. Finally, someone figured it out, but the glass had not been ordered. It arrived in August and was installed. In the meantime, another window cracked, and I asked for a quote for this. They said they placed an order for the glass. This never actually happened and again no one in the office knew what I was talking about. They argued with me that they sent me a quote in August that I never responded to in regard to this request. Fortunately, I do not delete emails and the only email I received in August was my final invoice stating I had paid in full for the previous work. The experience was overall frustrating. The installers, though, were very nice, left the area of installation very clean, and did a good job. However, with the breakdown in communication and gaslighting it is just not worth the headache in my opinion.

When we had a window break, I called to get quotes from a few different glass companies. Not only was Capital Glass the best priced, but they also provided excellent service! A tech (Cody) was able to come out the same week and cut the glass onsite to ensure a perfect fit. Cody was on time, courteous, and efficient. I would recommend Capital Glass for your future glass needs in the BR area.

I can’t really rate them on their work because I requested a quote about 5 days ago and never received and email or call back from anyone. I received a generic email saying their team would respond to me a quickly as possible....still no quote! To be one of the first companies popping up when you look up glass repair, this is extremely bad customer service. But I called another local company the next morning and they were at my home within 1 and half hours and my glass was replaced in 30 minutes.

Had to book an appointment two weeks out and left work early to be at the prescheduled appointment only to have a no show and no phone call. Also they wouldn’t answer the phones during business hours

I asked them to replace a plate glass piece that was covering a leaded glass window in my front door. To put this into context, my father had made from old cypress and had put lots of hand made touches on it. In addition, my mother had created a beautiful leaded glass piece to go into the door. To say the least, I am very invested in this door. Capital Glass took exquisite care and a lot of time and care to assure that the door was not harmed and the plate glass which protects the leaded glass. In the end they did a spectacular job with this door and their charge was very reasonable. Thank you, Capital Glass for a great, affordable price.
