I was interested in a pre-owned non-bmw, went on a test drive, had great conversation with Triston, and decided the car tested just wasn’t the car for me. I asked about BMW’s and narrowed it down to two. Randomly walking through the lot we found my exact car, with the same exterior and interior and with everything I desired. We sat in it for maybe 30 seconds before I knew it was mine. The test drive sold me even more! The paperwork was easy, Cliff walked me through the details and the whole ordeal took no more than 2.5 hours with two test drives and signing. I recommend Brian Harris BMW, ask for Triston!

I love my BMW. The staff at Brian Harris are great. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
Brandi was SO easy to work with on my recent purchase. And Cliff was very helpful to get me where I wanted to be. He explained everything tso I could understand everyrhing. Also I love working with Rick in sevice. I wish the cost for maintenance weren't so high but it is a luxury vehicle. I would recommend Brian Harris BMW!

I came by the Brian Harris dealership today to get the ac unit in my car looked at. I Worked with Brennan Miller in the service area. He has a great team of guys and very friendly service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else over this group.

I always have an outstanding experience with Brennan Miller at Brian Harris BMW and wanted to take a moment to share that experience with you. From the moment I arrive, he makes sure everything is smooth and stress-free. This last visit I was able to sit at his desk immediately upon arriving. He always takes time to explain every detail of the service needed for my car, answering all my questions with patience and professionalism and he never rushes me. His honesty and transparency with his answers when I come to have my car serviced is truly refreshing.
Brennan has always kept me informed throughout the entire process and ensured that the work was completed efficiently and on time. The level of customer service I received from him is always exceptional, and I could tell that he genuinely cares about my satisfaction and helping others. Thank you Brennan! Fairly fast & quality service with convenient text updates and video updates. Blaysen was kind and helpful with a ride. Snacks are nice too. Not impressed when a $99 oil change had at $87.50 extra charge to capture data into their system. Luckily I was able to remove it without any trouble. Solid option but watch the prices
