After calling the Bank of America 800 number and navigating the automated gauntlet I waited on the phone 26 minutes only to be disconnected. Obviously Bank of America has customer service issues.

I'm giving them no stars because Walmart deals with Bank of America but there's not a Bank of America in Louisiana so they get no stars and their junk!
