My 2019 GMC 2500 Denali had paint contamination from acid at work. BM had put the xpel coating on the front of my truck when I bought it, so I went and talked to Michelle about this, not knowing for sure if they did this type of work and she said that they could do a two step paint correction to correct it. While removing the xpel coating a small area of paint came off of the front of the hood. ( This was no fault of BM employees ) The hood had to be repainted and Michelle took care of the entire process, she got in touch with Cavins and got the truck to them and the hood was repainted. ( It is an exact match to the original paint ) When they got the truck back they completed the two step step paint correction and put the xpel coating back on the front of the truck. When I went to pick the truck up I couldn't believe how good it looked. I'm not sure the truck looked that good when I picked it up from the dealership. I highly recommend getting BM to do your graphics & window films.And thank you Tessa for always being so patient with all of my phone calls.

BM Graphics added graphics to my GMC cargo van and did an excellent job. The people there are all very friendly and very competent I totally recommend them .

So I actually didn’t get a wrap done (yet) I have been wanting a wrap done & have called multiple places around where I stay and they’ll sell it to me no problem, but there’s a reason why i’ll wait for this place, particularly Josh from BM wraps to do it.I wanted the Satin Blue, or the Midnight Gloss Blue & their distributor didn’t have it. Told them to circle back with me in a week if they still couldn’t get it and i’d go with the Satin Black.Josh was not only very knowledgeable about his products, but the reason why i’m sticking & only recommending this shop to everyone & anyone is the fact that he was upfront & honest.What wraps will shrinks, what wraps wouldn’t look good, etc.Other places just wants my money & will sell me anything, if I would’ve gone to them and gotten what I wanted I wouldn’t have been satisfied with the results after talking to Josh & hearing his opinion and reasons why I shouldn’t get those other colors (not the ones I mentioned, I had other ones in mind such as the Matte finishes)Josh mentioned that he has lost business from his honesty before but he cares more about his work & how the customers wrap finishes than just selling a product & for that, he will have my business once the wraps comes in.Don’t go anywhere that will just sell something to you, go somewhere that cares about their work.Great job Josh

I attempted to get a quote for a commercial tint job with this company. I called in with the measurements and was told I'd receive a quote in a couple hours. The next day I called again and was told the same thing. The third day, I tried calling again and was told they misplaced my quote. Very unorganized and unprofessional.

I have been using B&M for several years. I have had front plastic bras put on numerous vehicles. I have always had nothing but stellar service from them. I also find the staff excellent to work with. I will continue to work with them in the future.Service: Paint protection

This is by far the BEST business for graphics in Baton Rouge! Unfortunately, they are very unorganized and I wasted my time going there! No one reached out to me or anything after they made an error!! I ONLY wanted to use this company, but telling me to be there before 3PM and they could put the graphics on. I was blaming my Jeep and I told the guy what I was naming it and he said oh that's really cool. Also, if you post anything they don't even respond. Sad that I have to find another place now. Business is hard to come by now. When you have someone wanting to give you their money I can't understand it.
