Great experience Jonathan was amazing and I rented my storage so I can store my stuff until I move. I went to rent a truck as well and was told it comes with moving in for free I was so thankful. I’m so thankful for the experience I received here this is making my move to Georgia very easy.

They charged us a crazy late fee plus they had rats and roaches all in the unit when we finally got our things. When we told them about it they said oh the rats should be gone by now. They chewed holes in all my clothes and bags. Do not rent here. They are rude as hell. They nasty nasty nasty here

Was totally impressed with the service while storage items at the facility. Was clean,will lit and secure in other words well maintained by staff. Good prices on units and move in specials. I advise give them a try. ? former tenant ? ?

I had to take the time out. To give Tellus Storage a review. From the very beginning with the phone call(Leslie )to entering the facility the staff was extremely welcoming. You can sre the Leslie smile through the phone and OMG! Once we arrive Johnathan was such a joy in talking with us and assuring us that our storage would be exactly what we need.I use them a couple years ago and had the same experience with Ashley. This is my 2nd time storing with Tellus. The manager is very courteous, efficient, and very personable. I had asked for a smaller unit, but realized it wouldn’t do. The manager handled it without hesitation. Thanks!

In my time of need, Jonathan made it very easy with assisting with a moving truck, boxes, tape, locks everything I needed was already there and he made me aware and his customer service was great!!
