I call CVS for a medication refill & delivery and within 2 hours I had received my medicine, it was confirmed the received my request , no fuss ,sweat,! Everything went smoothly, the delivery person was polite &;" I am a ?HAPPY CAMPER" KUDOS CVS PHARMACY DELIVERY!???

I think they're just short of staff. There's some great pharmacists there, too. Unfortunately there's one who always shouts the name of my rx out loud. It makes me visibly cringe, because this medication has a "street value." If I were subsequently mugged on my way to my car, either CVS would be liable, or she would be.

Rude. Incompetent. Lacking supplies. After hurricane Ida we had to switch from cvs Luling to Avondale I have only been able to get my paper written scripts from my psychologist on two occasions every other time they say they don’t have it and I have to scour the region to find my medicine because they say than can’t hole my prescription. When being turned down for the medicine they give no advice on how to get your scripts filled or how to avoid this in the future. They just say go somewhere else. Sad!

If they had 1/2 star it would be more accurate.Drive thru is ALWAYS closed, you can’t get thru to a REAL person to check status of scrip.Auto refills are NEVER done on time. Customer service sucks and if you buy something, YOU have to check it out yourself,EVEN THOUGH there are 1or 2 staff members on the floor!????

Droped in to pick up a few things. Was told the restrooms are not available to customers. Don't people go to pharmacies when they re sick? If any place should have a restroom available it is a pharmacy. This why I like Walgreens so much better.

Had to switch from cvs in luling due to hurricane. Loved cvs in luling. Have not had great experience with cvs in Avondale. Hold on phone for over thirty minutes call disconnected tried several times after that same thing. Go to pick up medicine the pharmacy looks very cluttered unorganized and short staff. Take 15 min just to pick up medicine. Have to call to make sure they process orders or get e scripts. Been waiting on a med for two weeks. Been saying processing since Monday. Call on wedn and they so oh we have to contact Dr for prior authorization. I should have not had had to call that should have already been in the works.I am not sure if this was like this before hurricane but it is not type of service I am used to from cvs

If I was able to give one star I would. They are unprofessional and plain out rude. I was out on hold five times and hung up on four. The lady thought it was funny when I kept calling back, finally a guy came to the phone while I was on hold the fifth time and me he would take care of it 4 hours later and it’s still not ready. Then I was told come back the next day because they not gone have time to fill it. This place provides poor service. I will be switching to Walgreens.

Pharmacist was nice! The lady that checked me out was ruuuude. Told her thank you... didnt even respond. C.V.S. I know you can habe yout employees be at least cordial.

talk about a place so unprofessional called to get a prescription filled got ther to pick it up it still wasant ready constantly cheking my inshurance card came back next day they asked for inshurance card again still wasant ready never going back there again

Prescriptions never ready on time. Always waiting 20-30 minutes. Sometimes it's not ready and I'll tell them I'll come back the next day and when I do...still not ready!

Zero stars if i could give it. My Rx's were transferred when our neighborhood Winn-Dixie was closed. These people are the worse, and always have an excuse. I called to refill and was told they would be ready by 3:30pm. My daughter stopped by at 4:00p, and was told they were not ready to come back at 7:00p. Called at 7:30 to avoid an unnecessary trip, and was told they would be ready the following day.This happens EVERY TIME! Always standing around ignoring people. Lines always long. Worst customer serivce ever!Update - So was on hold while typing this. Now going on 12 minutes and still no one answering the phone. GRRR!
