Went to Citgo yesterday got $10 on pump 7 89 my needle was on 49 made it home woke up next day my needle never moved went to get $10 at another gas station and my needle went up to 225 so basically I never got any gas very pissed off went back same guy was there when I went claim my needle was broke I have a 2024 Nissan brand new car everything works he said he didn't have a number for management I always get gas from here but never again be aware people you not getting gas check before u leave cause nothing came out on pump 7 I won't be back just lost my business and I'm telling everyone else I know don't get gas from here ever

The female who works here is terrible. Stay away from, she profiles and will flat out tell you she expects you as being a thief. The attendant had walked outside and despite her having another co-worker carting things in, she told me to stay outside. I didn't see the point and thought she was making a fuss so I went inside because it was in the 40's. The female attendant came in the store about 10-15 seconds later and tore into me as I was shopping, kept phrasing that I 'could be a thief' and that 'she couldnt watch me' as she was outside so I may have taken something... if you're that concerned, lock the door and don't put the blame on the customer for your own laziness. I'm extremely offended with how rude this attendant was, didn't expect this in the parish.

The owner is extremely racist and does not know how our country works. If you want to be treated well and with respect, do not spend your money here at this store. Please travel just a little bit further to the Big Easy across the street or there are several stores to shop at further into CHALMETTE. Please do not waste your time here.
