Great experience- fast complete oil change - 1st for the new car!
How times change. Went back today for second oil change. Drove up and there was a car in each bay- no big deal, they are fast right… well I sat for over 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged I was there or told me what line to get in. There are 5 cars in my family and all have been there, but after today none will go back. I can get ignored anywhere. Business is earned and you lost mine.

I had a bad experience with the staff at take 5 some of the things they put on the paper that they said they checked and they hadn’t one was my wiper fluid I didn’t have any in my car and they said they checked it and when I told them about it that’s when they put some jn there I’m not going back because I don’t know if they even changed my oil filter if they lied about the thing they checked that they did on paper and didn’t how do I know they even changed my oil

They were amazing!!! Very quick and informative about what they were doing. They were packed but still got me in reasonably, i recommend 10/10. They changed my oil and coolant-

Under staffed. 55 minute visit is a far cry from 5. 40 minutes once we pulled into the bay. 3 people total and one was on lunch break. The guys were great and doing a good job but they just couldn’t keep up trying to run three bays with just two of them. I was very disappointed to see this. Left the guys a tip and told them I hope they can catch a break to get a refreshment at some point.

I found the two young men who waited on me to be very professional. Firstly, they gave me a bottle of water which was refreshing b/c it was boiling outside. Thank u for that. Secondly, they SHOWED me what was going on with my car. Thank you for that. Thirdly, they fixed it in about ten minutes, as they stated . My car is not running hot anymore and I got a much needed oil change. I’ll c u guys in 3 months. Thank you Take 5?.

Those guys were superb, worked together on one(1) vehicle at a time to make sure that your complete service was done. Wouldn't go anywhere else after a vehicle warranty expires. Thanks Guys! Keep up the the good work. ?? Mr.Duncan
