Passed us a counterfeit 20 on change back from $100. After police got involved, I truly believe that was a mistake, but would not refund us a real $20. They STILL owe us $20. It’s been a few months but I’m still kind of pissed. Totally unreal.

False advertising. They don't offer this and the lady inside didn't even try to look for it or tell us anything. Just said "it's not showing in my system" and walked off leave us with the register lady. Register lady was nice.

Got ripped of with vacuum. Only tire pump came even though it was set to vacuum. The $10 auto cat wash is horrible too. Waste of time and hard earned money. I guess we are conditioned (most of us) to except poor and over priced service and merchandise.
