Great place! Melissa and Christy are amazing and so are the rest of the crew. Even if they're busy, they try and make the customer feel important. I'd wait 3 hours for them to take care of me, if I had to. Thank you Moore's for taking care of me twice in one month ?♀️

I recently purchased four tires at Moore’s and was pretty stunned that not only did I get new tires installed I also received one of the most thorough overall inspections of brakes and pretty much everything else….including informing me of a brake light being out. There was zero push for them to do some work that will soon need to be done. They simply reported any issues to me. Oh…before putting new tires on, they first ran it through the front end alignment process….free of charge. Of course had it been out of alignment there would have been a nominal charge to correct it. At 76 years old this is the first time any tire dealer checked my front end. Makes sense…tires are now very expensive and a bad front end will make quick work of them. Thank you Moore Grant for a stellar job.

Had to replace 2 tires, a stud, and get a 4 wheel alignment. They provided coffee, water, and candy while you wait. The service took a minute for all I needed done, but was well worth it. Car rides alot better than before. Many thanks!

For the past week or so, I had to put air in my tire every couple of days. The culprit was a screw that could plainly be seen. I dropped my kiddo off at school and googled "tire repair" and this was the nearest place.I walk in and, when asked if I could be helped, I stated that I had a slow leak that needed fixed and would like a rotation. The worker at the counter says, "It will be about 20 minutes before there is a spot in the bay and then another 45 minutes for the repair." To me, this seemed reasonable, so I agreed to continue and wait in the lobby.Sure enough, 20 minutes later, my truck gets taken back. It took two and a half hours after this before they finished! At the two hour mark, I asked if there was a problem and was told that a car that came in right before me that needed a tire fixed needed to have a tire replaced.The car that the worker was talking about arrived an hour after my truck was in the bay.Long story short: the tire was fixed, tires were probably rotated, but it took way too long. I will likely go elsewhere in the future.

Good service very helpful assisted me with knowledge of what Goodyear in natchitoches messed up fixing my brakes. Thank you for your help. And the receptionist is every polite and work very hard with handling the job under pressure. She remained calm and polite to everyone. Recommend 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The ladies in front actually researched to see what tires would be best, not the most expensive. The tires were ordered and put on next day. They even changed my air filters which were hard to find. Definitely recommend.

I bring my company's van here for oil changes and tires check, there's been a few occasion where the van needed some other stuff done like fix air condition, they failed to fix it and sent us to another place but did charge company over 1000 dollars for whatever they did. Over all I only recommend taking your car for tires and oil changes, from my experience everything besides that they did not make me happy and not to mention over charging company, had windshield wipers changed and they charged us over $50, and they forgot to push it in, and I found that out when it was raining and dark it flew off when I turned it on.

Woke up on Saturday to a flat. Called them and they were able to accommodate me immediately. Nice, friendly and great to deal with. Definitely recommend.

Had a steer tire blow out on interstate 49. Called Moore Tire Service and Steven arrived within 30 min and had us back on the road in no time at all. Great customer service....Keep up the great work!!

They rotated my tires and fixed a sensor in my tire. I waited for my car about 1 and 1/2 hours. Service technician and ladies at desk were very informative and accomadating.

I wouldn’t recommend them at all came back home from Dallas Tx had a check engine light so I left the car over night. They charged me for AC Delco parts an put cheap parts On the car oil all over my insides then they unhooked my Vacuum lines to my brake booster so I had no brakes after leaving my car there.Horrible Experience they didn’t try to make it right at all then tried to make me feel crazy because they messed up!
