The staff was incredibly helpful and kind! I initially had some confusion about what I was searching for, but the woman working not only guided me in the right direction but also went the extra mile by making calls to other places to assist me in finding what I needed. She went above and beyond!

I went to this store to rent elevated leg extenders for my son’s borrowed wheelchair. I explained to them the original extenders were too short for his legs. I informed them he is 5’5 but has long legs. The sales associate even sat in the wheelchair and stated that their extenders would work. I rented the extenders for a month since he is non weight bearing for the next month and needs his leg elevated. When we tried them on the wheelchair they were of course too short. Returned them the next day less than 24 hours and they stayed policy states we can not get our money back. Asked if we could rent a larger wheelchair and they said they didn’t have one. Spoke to the manager on Monday and she states that is the policy. While giving her list of excuses why they have that policy she also stated if u pay cash they can not give you your cash back. We paid with a card so this info is not relevant but thought consumers would like to know since they don’t tell u at the store. This business certainly does not care about helping people in their time of need.

A beautiful store with lots of durable medical equipment, a wide array of medical supplies for all different conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, catheter drain bags, adult diapers, bed pads, bandages, scrubs and shoes for medical personnel….A much needed and very appreciated resource in Alexandria, LA. Call or visit the store. They are very helpful and pleasant.
