Took my car up to them to fix a cv joint that was leaking,, left couple days later ,I was stranded ,needing a battery, couple days later, the cv joint broke , they forgot to put a part on, stranded ,I had to call a wrecker to pull ,me in to their shop, they kept car overnight, didn,t charge me again,got it back ,notice my engine light was on , Next day,car kill on me, but start enough to get to AutoZone ,they did diagnostic on it was the air flow sensor, oil not getting to motor, I could have burn my motor up. My car has never been in the shop , no problems since i bought in 2013. So this is very usual , ,all happen within a month, problems, they are heartless to do this to a woman ,sorry ? I took my car to them. BUT, GOD DON,T lIKE UGLIEST .AT 2THESS 1:6 WHEN YOU CAUSE TRIBULATION TO OTHERS, YOU WILL GET IT BACK. 10FOLD. PLEASE BEWARE!

Got a flat tire just outside of Alexandria on I-49 yesterday on my way home. Contacted this store to see if I could get my tire patched so I could get back on the road to Lafayette. They got my tire done within about 20 minutes AND put my spare tire and its kit back together for me and stored it in my trunk without me even asking. Very much appreciate the speed and good service!

In town visiting and to attend an event. I was in my rental vehicle early Thursday morning and noticed the TPI showing rear passenger tire as significantly lower than the other tires. Did a Google search and Tire & Lift was two minutes away from me. I went in, explained the situation and they took the vehicle right away to look at it. Turns out there was an object lodged in the tire. They patched it for me, and charged what I thought was a very reasonable rate. Everyone was so kind and they have a great sense of humor. So glad I found them!
