I got a short boot from them, I am still supposed to wear it but I have worn a hole in the coushin. Been trying to call for days now and no one answers, left muiltiiple VMs and even sent them a contact from their site. No response!

Do not use these people!! My husband has been waiting for his leg. Like these people don't even care that he can't walk without it. He hasn't walked since November. Again do not use these people.

Terrible customer service from the office manager. After my fitting I was told my shoes would be there in three weeks. A month goes by and no call or anything. I call over there and was told they needed a paper from my doctor. My doctor sent them the paper the same day. A month later still no shoes. Now they told me they need a paper from my other doctor. Office manager got that paper the same day which my doctor said they had already sent it to them twice. Another month and I call again and was told by the office manager they were ordering my shoes that day. Here we are almost a month later and still no shoes. I have also talked to a couple of people who have had the same problem. Office manager is not doing her job properly. The Dr. Who fitted me was awesome, the receptionist was awesome the office manager needs to be trained to give up control and delegate if she can't do her job properly.

My original appointment with these people was over 2 mobtha ago. I went in, did a fitting and picked my shoes, was told, they will he here in 2 weeks. Went back a mi yh later, after no updates from them, and was told the paper work was delayed, and their internet had been down, and they were going to order them today. That was a month ago. Skip to today, another month. I call this morning, and am told again, they were going to order them today. There is only one person who places orders and she is way behind.Terrible service and NO delivery.

My initial visit was on December 15th of 2019. Everything seems okay. I was able to pick out a shoe and get fitted for an orthotic mold. It is now mid-January of 2021 and I still do not have shoes or my molds. I have attempted to call the facility several times and have been given the run around. When I called they had not processed my insurance paperwork yet that was a week ago and I still do not have shoes or a mold for inserts. I needed these shoes for work. at this point I'm not sure that they're even file my paperwork. They will not start working on your order until the insurance is processed and then after that it could take two to three more weeks before you get your order. If you need orthotic shoes or molds inserts and a timely matter I would not recommend this facility.
