DIY repair was great! They have a relaxed atmosphere and were accomodating for anything I asked for from tools to shop supplies. Keep up the great customer service you provide. One of the last best benefits left on post for Soldiers and retirees.”

“I called and told them what my problem was and when I could bring my car in. I took my car in, and I needed a way back home and they gave me a ride. They looked at my car , and called me with an estimate, and everything that needed to be done. I told them to go ahead, and he said he would have it done that afternoon. After getting it done and test driving it two times they sent someone to pick me up to take me back to the shop. He had a detailed report printed with everything that he had to get for the vehicle and the prices, including taxes, and labor. They did an excellent job. They were so courteous and nice. I really appreciated the ride home and the ride back to the garage. I would highly recommend if you need anything done to your vehicle take it there.”

“The communication from this place is top tier. Doug called about some stuff he found that needed replaced while working on my car. He also was really helpful when checking my brakes and rotors and called after the inspection before replacing them. He also called to let me know my car was taking longer than anticipated and was willing to try and get it ready for me by the end of the day, but I wanted him to feel like he didn’t have to rush so I let him keep it overnight. They opened at 8am the next morning and my car was ready before 9am. It’s running great and everything was done so well. Rachel has texted post work to make sure everything is still running well. The BEST customer service and labor

“I have a 2011 MKX and the panoramic roof was stuck open. Ford said 2 to 3 weeks just to look at, and I was leaving for vacation the next day. Called and explained to Scott what was going on and he had his guys to get me in asap checked out the roof and got it closed up for me. I will definitely take it to them for the needed repairs. Also had a chance to see some of their work and it was great I have an older convertible that I will take to them as well when its time to be done. The guys was very nice and answered all of the questions that I had.”
“Took my 2014 Santa Fe Limited to get the cushion on the drivers seat replaced. The heating element was failing intermittently and was integrated into the cushion. Rick did the work quickly, and for a fantastic price....saved me a ton of money versus having the work done at the dealership!”
“After calling around to a few places to get my wife's tire repaired I came here. They were honest upfront. The tire had been temporarily fixed with tire sealant or "fix a flat". While other companies lied and said the tire and or when and air sensors would need replaced they didn't. They charged an extra$10 of what they normally charge and I was in and out in less than an hour. All the bad reviews are probably uppies who don't have patience or common sense. As for the person asking directions this is the day and age of Google maps. If you can figure out how to write a review I think you cab figure out maps or look up step by step directions online.”
