Went to this place for a set of hubs. Gave them the part number from dealer and brought the old hub in so they could measure offset. After installing what they assured was the correct hub the brake shoes were hanging out of the drum. I called them and explained the issue and the guy asked for the dealer part number again, as soon as I read it off he said the hubs were wrong ones. I asked if they would exchange them and was told no I should have known better or double checked them before installing. I don’t recommend them for anything I trusted they were giving me the correct part and they got me for $1,300. Very rude and dishonest

I’ve never been to a place with a more disrespectful salesman in my life. I walked in with a list of stuff I needed to purchase and see about getting some new tools. Before I even reached the counter i had to deal with a sales man with an attitude. As I tried to get help, he kept an attitude the whole time and wasn’t helpful at all. Then I figured it out.. I wore a shirt with a company name on it, I got a shirt when I worked on their equipment, you know, supporting a local business. The guy behind the counter asked if the products were going under that company. Once I said, “No” I’m not with them, the guys attitude and demeanor changed completely.. I walked away and stopped looking for tools to buy. I let the guy with me get his part and left.. What a pitiful excuse for an employee.. I would rather pay double at a competitor than deal with horrible people. I can’t see the point of spending 1000’s of dollars with a company that acts like this. The company on the Tshirt spends money at this place regularly.. YOUR STAFF HAS DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICES TOWARDS THE PEOPLE KEEPING YOU IN BUSINESS… It’s sad, you have all the stuff people want and need, except respect..

Place is very rude. I own a tractor trailer repair business and I simply called and asked about an air bag and the guy one the phone cut ne off and just said no and hung up on me. Go f yourself guy.
