I've been a customer since the pharmacy opened. From my 1st visit to setup my account and after more than five years of monthly visits I'm pleased to give a score/rating of an A+ or an equivalent 5/5 star rating.Their text service lets me know when my prescription(s) filled and the cost before I even go there. I've never had a question they couldn't answer or help me with to my satisfaction. Usually I prefer to go through the drive-thru.Either way the service is always quick and the people working there or not only super friendly and helpful, polite knowledgeable and well-trained, but they're accuracy and double-checking meds for accuracy is 100% accurate. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

10/10 highly recommend! My prescriptions are always ready really quickly, and if there's a delay or issue with a prescription I get a phone call from a person fast. Unlike the large, chain pharmacies in town the service here is phenomenal and personalized.

Love this pharmacy! They are quick, accurate, educated, and very friendly. I will recommend this pharmacy to anyone who is looking for a “home town” pharmacy, one that is independently owned and not a corporate. That is what I love the most. I use to conduct business with CVS in town and I just felt I deserved a lot better, somewhere where I felt I wasn’t experiencing rude customer service every-time. Excellent customer service and by far the best in town. I highly recommend them to anyone I can. Sarah even called me when a "hard to find" medication was finally available for my son, when I was directly told by another pharmacist in town, " I don't have the time to call everyone who is waiting on this medicine. " Personal service means a lot.

Great small pharmacy, not a shopping center. Staff are friendly and helpful. RX's fiiled promptly. Rarely out of a medicine. Simple and not chaotic. No long lines. No waiting. This is the best. Dump all the rest. I left another pharmacy that rarely had my medicine for a new RX. That old pharmacy was totally lacking in communication. Too busy and long lines.

I give this pharmacy a two thumbs up! The folks who work there are super nice and friendly and very very helpful! The service is fast and efficient as you could expect it to be. And I like their drive-thru service which makes it very convenient for those of us who usually wind up making a large list of things to do and just want to get back home as quickly as possible.

This place is by far hands down the best pharmacy in town. I'd give them a 12/10 because Sarah and Carey are absolutely great at what they do, along with the rest of the staff! There awesome! I've been with them for about 7plus years and I have not had a single issue at all with them! VIP is the best Pharmacy in town!!!

Absolutely recommend!!! Switched from the dreaded Kroger Versailles pharmacy and have had nothing but great experience so far. They have been super helpful about getting my scripts switched over (I feel sorry they have to deal with the Kroger pharm people). Great customer service every time. Super happy with my decision to switch!

I have been using independent pharmacy for at least for five years everyone over there is wonderful they bend over backwards to help you with your great I would refer anybody looking for pharmacy to go to Versailles Indipendent Pharmacy they have great customer service and great people and my prescriptions are always ready on time and if they just sent it over from the doctors office they will get it ready for you instantly I love Versailles Indipendent Pharmacy will definitely recommend it with five stars plus

Drop the big chain pharmacies and fill all your prescriptions at Versailles Independent. All the employees treat you like a priority. A great local business!
