Took the Bluegrass Parkway to avoid I-71 to Cincinnati due to weather. Stopped here to gas up, buy drinks & snacks, and use the restroom. Pumps were busy, so i parked to the side to go inside first. The woman at the counter greeted me with "what do you want?" When i asked where the restroom was, she told that i wasnt allowed to use them - not that they were out of order or that they didnt have a public restroom, just that she personally would not allow me to use them. I'm so grateful that i had not filled up my car yet. Took my money nextdoor to Speedway. Horrible people at this Shell, especially on Christmas Day. I'm surprised Shell allows them a franchise.

Bought a e cig and opened it. It didn’t work and I had no way to come right back so I called the number and that doesn’t work either. At this point shut this man’s shell gas stations down. Terrible customer service

Bought an e cig. Opened it as soon as I bought it. Didn’t work. Clerk (he is missing half of his pointer finger so everyone knows who he is) wouldn’t let me exchange it. Didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Very rude and never coming back. Those things aren’t cheap and to be selling faulty e-cigs is unethical and a disgrace. You all have been warned! Also is the absolute dirtiest place ever.

Bathrooms are disgusting, sink doesn't work and it smells like urine. Store looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days, then when I got up to pay the man said the card machine wasn't working (very rudely). There was no sign saying that it wasn't. Overall poor customer service. Don't go here.
