Was trying to help a friend get into income based housing. I’ve called this place so many times/days and it always rings the busy signal, FOR HOURS! Whoever their receptionist is, if they would like to fire them and hire someone who actually does their job, give me a shout. What a joke

Not a good place to rent. Very nosy and unorganized. Due to Covid reasons which my fiancee tested positive for we got backed up 3 months rent and was taken to court and was lied to when tried to reach out to Jerryanne (landlord) to which she said if we're trying to pay it she'd dismiss it. However I did try and pay it and she still evicted us. Many other tenants are way behind also who still haven't received eviction notices. Seems like she picks and chooses which tenants she's going to work with and if your not a favorite then you're basically screwed. She will also lie on your court papers and say she started eviction 3 months earlier than what she did and say you refused to leave when we didn't even know eviction was up in the air. They promise to fix things that are broken however we were there for 2 years and never received screens for our windows or doors. They have alot of drugs in the complex. A child found a needle in their yard. They let others trash the yard and your back patio also. Very petty landlord. If police ever get called out there she has to know why and when and it also can possibly evict you also. Some tenants are paying 400 or less when the lowest is supposed to be 490. So favors are being given. We're very happy to be out of there and starting somewhere fresh. I highly don't recommend. They'll take you to court over every little thing they can. Very money hungry and careless.

A nice quiet, small community, with on the premises laundry facilities. Pets allowed with reasonable deposit. Children also allowed. One and two bedrooms only. Water, sewer & garbage, included in rent. You pay electric, etc. I personally love it here.
