Always a hour wait in drive thru maybe consider making it a thing to have people who have questions come in so the drive thru isn't always backed up

Y’all- insurance failed me entirely. Jenna, a pharmacist at Kroger, saved the day and referred me to a solution. Give this place a chance to work for you. Their team went above and beyond.
I moved from Florida to Kentucky, and when my insurance lapsed, my prescription refills lapsed and got locked up in the system.
I went to my pcp in Florida and was told “sorry”. I went to express scripts that had the script history, and I was told “sorry”.
Kroger pharmacists reached out to the same people above and then found a referral solution using the little clinic. Jenna kept me in the loop at all times. It was so comforting.

I have 4 small children. This pharmacy is always out of something or can't find the order. They keep making the same mistakes. It's frustrating! I'll go find another pharmacy.

I swear if I could give no stars I would. They are rude and don't care. My daughter has RSV and they can't find the order.

I just waited on the phone for like 15 minutes going between elevator music and ringing several times just to ask a simple question.....NO ANSWER.

I have recently moved to Versailles. I had all my medications switched to the Versailles Kroger Pharmacy. I have always gotten my medications at Kroger Pharmacies. I have never had any problems with the Pharmacies at Kroger, but I can say without a shadow of doubt that the one in Versailles Kroger is the worst hands down. The pharmacist is on of the rudest most condescending people I have had the misfortune of meeting. From the reviews I have read on the Kroger website my experience is the same as others. Also from the comments, that go back 4 to 5 years, Kroger Corp. Thinks that there is nothing going on wrong at the Versailles location because the somethings it looks like are still going on. Like today it is in the high 90's and the drive was closed (5:25pm) during posted business hours. I had to find a parking place, which is next to impossible, because this store location is always busy. When I got inside there were 8 people working behind the counter. With two registers open and 2 to 3 people standing together at each register, with only 2 people in line including myself. The drive Thursday is always closed during posted business hours. I'm going to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere I think. But it's sad that it's either Kroger Pharmacy, CVS Pharmacy and a small family owned pharmacy to choose from. Kroger needs to fix the problems at there Versailles location. It's sad that big business could care less about treating there customers right, but I guess the money that they rake in because people in Versailles have no other choice to use them.

Disappointing as far as when I called was told my script would be ready on the 23rd, was not available until the 24th. It took 2-3 days to get topical pain meds which is a long time when you are hurting.

I so badly want to give this Kroger five stars. It is a very nice store, very well kept. High compliments to the Starbucks staff in particular, they are very good at a very demanding job. The main problem is the cafe/deli's seating area. The two little girls that are there every day are EXTREMELY loud. I'm not complaining about them being there in general, nothing crazy like that. But the constant screaming makes the seating area practically unusable unless you're willing to plug your ears.

Pharmacist is really rude. Doesn’t seem to understand that this is people’s health she’s playing with. She seems to get off on having authority which is really really sad. Huge lack of communication between employees and pharmacists. Kroger really needs to reevaluate who they hire and put in charge because a pharmacists shouldn’t deny people their medication which is a matter of health just because she’s trying to make herself feel authoritative and powerful, it’s pathetic and also seems like a legal matter….Also was told anyone could pick up my medication with an ID which is scary as I was told this by the pharmacist so she’s allowing just anyone to pick up people’s medications with no validation whatsoever. SCARYYYYY

Extremely slow drive thru service. Could drive to Lawrenceburg and back and line still wouldn't have moved.

Must be severely understaffed. Employees seem angry and the drive through is never open during the hours posted. After two frustrating years at this location, I've switching pharmacies. I've had good experiences with other Kroger Pharmacies, but this location is very poorly managed. If you're in the area, I recommend Walgreens in Versailles or Palomar.
