I was just in there the other day and I believe I heard in if the other associates call her Lisa. Lisa was very rude to the other store member. It’s not the first time she has been like this while I was in the store. And she is hardly friendly with the people come in. When you go to the counter she has a look of disgust on her face. She isn’t very professional. Something should be done.

I use to work there, an I really enjoyed working at family dollar till my hours kept gettin lesser n lesser so instead of just letting me go they lied an said I got into a fight with a costumer there's cameras, several actually right were the registers are they can clearly see I not once got rude, mean, or hateful to a costumer I was always friendly n kind to everyone, so it was a bold face lie they made up just to have an excuse or a good reason to fire me. I haven't shopped or step foot back in that store

I'm a regular shopper at family dollar, it is my favorite place. But here recently when they got a new assistant manager Arlene the place has gone down hill. I have gone in there multiple times to shop and have to deal with the rude management. There have been multiple times, that her and her cashier has had a little mid behind the counter working, I mean this kid is no older than 8. He was in there recently ringing customers up, when I brought it the attention of the cashier (my receipt says her name is Crystal) that a child should NOT be checking out customers, she got smart with me. I have called and complained to the customer service desk, but I know they do not care either. So just be careful and watch your total when you go there if those two ladies are working.
