This place looks OK to me. My Father in law moved into Triple Crown in the mid 1990's and chose another builder. Nevertheless, I still rated this neighborhood as OK. Remember that it falls on you to oh so carefully do your homework! Knock on doors and talk to your prospective neighbors about how they feel. Ask questions of them! How where they treated during the whole process? How did their warranty experience go? No single person knows a product better than the one who uses it! As always, Enjoy!
