She started honking at my dog mean while we have told her that he doesn’t bite at all, my dog barks yes but he’s never bit anyone, and then continues to just throw our package at the end of our stairs or in the middle of our drive way, we have asked her numerous times to not do that and just get out of the truck and put it on the stairs but she still throws the package and honks at my dog and scares my inside cats with the stupid horn

Twice now I’ve had packages marked delivered and never received them someone need to follow up and see who is taking these packages.. has three packages marked delivered yesterday and didn’t receive one.

I consistently have issues with this place delivering my packages!! They're late or left somewhere next to the house that no one will see. They always use the excuse of "animal interference" and say they can't deliver my boxes. I have a wireless fence that prevent my dogs from accessing the end of the yard where the mail box is. We even put a large truck tool box by the mail box for deliveries JUST FOR THEM over a year ago. They NEVER use it and just leave my stuff out in the weather. Most recently? Supposedly my box was put in a parcel locker at the post office. When I went to pick it up, they don't have it. We were told it was left in a bag by the mail box because the dogs charged them. Really? My dogs can't even get to the mailbox and why say it was put in a locker at the post office if you infact, left it in the road? I absolutely HATE this post office. I've lived in huge cities and I've never had the problems I've had with this small town one. Horrible.

This post office has made continuous mis deliveries to my address for several years with no post master willing to care if it ever gets fixed.Even owning a postal box didn’t stop me from getting others mail. Blatant, repetitive disregard for attention to detail.

Had a package that said it was delivered in or "near" my mailbox yesterday. This is the second package that's been marked delivered and I've checked my mail immediately and my package hasn't been there. Someone needs to do an audit of this postal facility and I will be filing a complaint.

Attempt to Deliver on November 1st, 2020 indicated on the attachment did not happen. Addressee was at home, there were no obstacles or barriers of any sort impeding the delivery. The delivery, or attempt, was not made. Extremely poor service from the 40380 Postal Office or carrier. If there was a half star, I would use it. Very disappointed as the package was children’s face masks desperately needed by daycare children on Monday morning.
