My experience with the service was disappointing. I explained the problem over the phone, but when the technician arrived, they spent less than 2.5 minutes at my place, simply pushing a button and confirming it was the motor issue, which they already knew. They claimed the motor was discontinued, but I found it online later. Then, they tried to sell me a new dryer instead of fixing the problem. Considering the short visit, the fact that I'm less than a mile away, and that they offered no actual assistance, the $85 fee seemed excessive.

Had dryer issues and wheeldon's appliance shop was great! Trouble shooting issues and giving me direction to fix it myself. I had a wonderful experience and will be referring everyone I know to them!

Wheeldon Appliance sent a repair tech out with 24 hours of my call. He was polite and knowledgeable. Listened to my explanation, diagnosed the problem, explained the options and then repaired the appliance. Quickly and efficiently.

Made the appointment said it would be a little over a week and a half then this morning (day of the appointment) they call me and tell me since we didn't buy the appliance from them there techs were super busy and basically told me since I didn't buy it from them they didn't want to work on in the lady was completely rude and had a horrible attitude every time I've tried to deal with these people a couple of times and this was the kind of customer service we have gotten there customer service is the worst the only reason they stay in business is because there is almost no appliance service people in our area so people have no choice I will be trying to find someone else

Little on the high side. Price shop around before making any large purchases from any retailer though....obvious. Not to argue that they are great people to deal with.
