The dark haired woman working in photo today, 6/12 is the nicest person I have worked with in the photo department. She was fast, helpful, and took her time with each person. I didn’t catch her name; and it wasn’t on the receipt. But she was wonderful.

I have used this pharmacy for 3 years. At first it was great but lately it has been horrible. I was told that they use a 3rd party to fill all the prescriptions that are routine. Since this it takes 3 times longer to pick up my meds. They take forever to locate them and the bottles are huge.

Waited 3 hours for them to fill the mess, then waited another 2 1/2 hours on the drive thru to pick them up.
The line is wrapped around the building and hardly ever moves! This is not acceptable. Do better!

Hands down the worst pharmacy in Somerset. The pharmacy staff are extremely incompetent and rude. I put in a prescription for seizure medicine at 5 pm today and was told that they did have it in but it could be hours because they only have one person filling the prescriptions. Upon coming back this evening I was told that they are out of it now and I shouldn’t have put the prescription in at 7pm. They said there was maybe a 50/50 chance they would have more tomorrow. Don’t waste your time at Walgreens of Somerset cause this place is an absolute joke.

Hands down the worst customer service and the pharmacy department that could or is or will ever will be. The ladies working the Counter are extremely slow, very chatty with each other, EXTREMELY disrespectful, I heard one picking on the girl in front of me when she left, STEP IT WALGREENS!!

The pharmacy is terrible, I was told there was a national shortage on an antibiotics for my 2 year old. Called around and Medicine shop had it in stock. Filled with no issues. Next week my 10 year old has strep I go to the pharmacy knowing it won't be ready but am told it is promised by 6:15, arrive at 7:15 only to be told they have 150 orders ahead of it. I asked why was I given a promised time then. They just say sorry, with an attitude. They act like it's inconvenient for wanting my prescription for my sick child 4 hours after It was sent. I questioned if it would be done by close and she said well we don't close until 10, we'll you've already had 4 hours to work on it. My boyfriend went back 2 hours later and it still wasn't done! If they can't fill prescriptions in a timely manner they shouldn't be open. Or should at the minimum be honest and say it's not going to be filled today had I been told that I could of transfered the script and got my daughter startes in her a antibotics. I will not fill another prescription here. Multiple other issues over the years as well but we don't use it often but I will change from here forward.

Rude and very unfriendly at the drive through. I was actually shocked and was going to ask if I had caused it. I decided to let it go, but it still puzzles me how inconsiderate they were.

If I could give the pharmacy a 0 I would!! I called all morning to get prescriptions transferred and they told me they would ! Called the 3rd time finely said “ oh yeah it’s here, give us another hour”. Get a message over an hour later to pick up , I arrive at 1:32pm and the lady says “ you’ll have to come back we are closing for lunch”. I am in healthcare and they are by far one of the most unfriendly staff I have ever met!!
