The staff are always friendly & nice. Which says alot from how busy it is every time I walk in there. I'm sure they get overwhelmed but customers do not suffer because of it. It's like a well oiled machine. I never wait long if I even have to wait. I seriously cannot think of one thing to complain about.

Their policy about the delivery option could use improvement. Usually the people who need their meds delivered don't have transportation therefore resulting in the need for repeat deliveries but u have to call them everything to schedule it and unless u schedule it early in the day it'll be a whole nother day til u recieve the prescriptions.

The pharmacist guy I had 2 deal w on the evening of Tuesday the 3rd was ABSOLUTELY THE RUDEST UNCARING UNKIND PERSON EVER this did surprise me because usually they ARE SO NICE iv never had this problem w any pharmacy b 4 I never left the pharmacy n I was given the wrong kind of medicine 2 him it didt matter 2 me ITS VERY IMPORTANT but he then went on 2 tell my doc that someone else brought my medicine back n (not true) & that the kind I was given was all they had also (not true) he told me nxt month I should tell them what kind I want so thank u so much Mr. RUDE GUY !! 4 LYING 2 MY DOCTOR AB THE SITUATION & BEING SO MEAN 2 ME I WAS CRYING & ALSO RUINING MY MONTH 4 ME !!!!!! ITS VERY MUCH !! NOT APPRECIATED !!!

We have been using the Medicine Shoppe for over a year now and the service is the best I have had with a pharmacy. They even used a coupon they had to help me save money. I love the Medicine Shop, they are people who care about people.

Best pharmacy in Somerset. Professional staff, always helpful and friendly. When I go to pick up prescriptions if I have called them in I pay, get medicine and out in five minutes. Love the way Jim Cherry trains and runs his staff. I’m never changing pharmacies!
