Worst salon EVER! Should have known when no one was here. They were rude.
no massage,no callus removal,$10 to take off polish?
Asked to cut nails twice,said can't cut used file only. Not short at all. Will NEVER come back.
Stylist: No name tags. Dirty smock. Long straight hair, glasses
.Her nails and feet were awful. No personality..would not even acknowledge me when I talked.to her..

This place was Amazing. Service was top quality. Pricing was fair and clear. People were friendly

Specialties: That young lady was very knowledgeable about colors and I ended up with a great set.

Many people have a personal space boundary that includes not wanting others to touch their feet. It's okay to communicate your boundaries to others if they accidentally touch your feet.

VARY VARY BAD SERVICE! I do not recommend the people are so rude and talk ab you in a different language I had a translator on! Tells you one price before they start then change it mid nail ! Pushed a little girl out of the way and told my 12 year old sister to shut up pretty much ! You can do whatever you want but personally I’m NEVER giving people that disrespectful and rude my money again ! Ain’t no set of nails worth all the disrespect and attitude!

very upset, I went to get a pedicure. I sat in the chair waiting on my service longer than my actual service was. I clean my feet better in the shower than the service I received. I asked for white sparkly nails and left with bare, sparkly clear coated nails. wish I would have just done them at home.

Probably one of the worst Salons I have been to in the 30yrs I've been having my nails done. In many different states. The only reason I can think of that they are getting away with this is because it's a small town. What they do is not a pedicure! Soaking your feet for however long it takes them to get to you then removing old polish, and scrubbing the bottom of your feet for two seconds is not a pedicure. Maybe if they advertised mini pedicures only, but then they are charging full service prices! Don't even get me started on the lack of services for nails. There is just not enough room here to explain how inadequate at doing nails they are not to mention you dont see any tools coming out of sanitized packaging. Unless you are looking to over pay for bad service, I would not suggest going here. This was my first and last experience with this Salon.

I normally don’t do a lot of bad reviews because I know people have bad days and try to give the benefit of the doubt. But I couldn’t let this one go. This was hands down the worst service I have ever had and the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. They were rude, when I asked to have one of my nails cut shorter I was told no. I went with my sister in law and there were 3 employees and no other customers. One of them did her toes while I sat and waited and 2 employees watched TV. Didn’t ask us what kind of pedicure we wanted. No hot towels, barely massaged legs, nails were not cut straight or same length and when asked to correct was told NO! Save your money and go somewhere else!

The worst!..service I have ever experienced. When I pointed out the flaws in my nails and asked for them to be fixed I was told no by staff. Then when the feeling was happening they made it so far for my cuticle it already looked like my nails had grown out for a week. I will never go never go back or recommend this place.

Walk-in with my two daughters ages 4 and 8, just to be greeted with rudeness. Was told no they don’t have time. Why couldn’t we wait our turn? Why the bad attitude?? Somerset nails lost business today.

I just walked out because one of the middle-aged, female staff was so unbelievably rude, short-tempered and annoyed. That place should be boycotted.
