Loved it here so much! I went to Traci and not only was her, and the rest of the stylists, customer service amazing but she took good care of me! So sweet and got the prettiest balyage on my virgin hair!

Linda was disrespectful and harsh toward me. I had long hair when I came in and asked for it to be thinned. She said no. She didn’t cut it at the length I requested either. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was disappointed on the way I was treated in the chair. But other than that the place was ok.

I have never gotten my hair done at a salon before cause I’ve always been scared they would mess my hair up but I went and saw PAT at sassy scissors and she was so great she was nice and respectful and she worked really hard on my hair to get it the way I wanted it my hair was pretty dark and she was not sure if she was gonna get what I wanted and she did it and did it well I’m in love with my hair and highly recommend pat and will be going to her from here on out. I was a new customer and impressed with some of the color I had seen online. Had my Hair colored, it was darker than what I asked for. I paid way more than what I usually do and thought well I should get what I wanted. I asked the stylist to lighten is some, she claimed my Paul Mitchell purple shampoo stripped my blonde. She lightened it alright! Left me with orange streaks all through my hair! I immediately went to get a toner to cancel them out and have to start over dark. I thought you get what you pay for, not in this case!

My mom Pat Ping is disabled and lives by herself, she cant afford Home Health and her insurance doesn't cover those services. She's had a knee replacement and is a Diabetic, she was just recently in the hospital for around 6 weeks over complications caused by her Diabetes. I check on her daily and help as much as I can. A few days after her last visit here she was told not to come back over the phone. The employee who called said she was told to do so by the owner Traci Crabtree. Apparently mom does not meet the customer criteria for this establishment and we will not be returning. This is uncalled for and soo disrespectful.
