I worked with Carol Geralds and she was incredible! We were new to the process as first time home buyers and Carol explained everything and always had time to answer any questions. We ran into a few issues with our lender and Carol stepped in to advocate for us. It is a crazy time to buy a house, but she made it pleasurable! Now that we have bought our house we will miss our chats with her!

***Buyer beware****, this group is the most unethical and unprofessional group of agents—seemly coming from the top owners down to the uneducated agents. Linda Nichols was the agent that brought in a buyer and she was not only unprofessional with the timelines of the contract but also unresponsive. Try to resolve the matter at the broker level and was also unresponsive. Not only did they breach contract but they also held money in escrow holding up the sale of my house, attempting to force a release that harms me monetarily regardless of the contract breach.The owner of the company, Mr. Turner finally called me after I posted my review—yelling threatening me to take my review down from his Facebook page. They have since deleted all the reviews because they could not just take down the negative, this is how they handle a complaint—completely unprofessional. If you have a home that you were selling I would suggest not to allow any of these agents into your home, they do not insure that they have viable buyers and they don’t follow the contract guidelines.

Sallye is by far the best realtor I've ever dealt with. this woman goes way above and beyond for her clients. She goes to bat for her clients about everything. Even if the sellers are stiff on negotiating Sallye will get you more from the deal. Even after the sale she's checking in with her clients. What Realtor does this after they have been paid? I have family members that are Real estate agents also and let me tell you Sallye is the best. If you're looking to see if you picked the right Realtor you have. I'm not a friend either I met her a couple months ago and was impressed by her commitment to us.

Lula Jean Burton was most helpful and professional. She searched for and showed me a number of houses, one house i was interested in was under contract. She contacted agent and discovered it had just went back on the market. Set an appointment, and helped me through the deal. I now own this property. Thank you for making this experience such a success.

We started working with Lula Burton in April of 2019. We were new to Kentucky and were looking for a lake home. Lula worked with us to develop a list of properties to review, see and pursue. The market is very busy and properties don't stay on the market very long. We weren't able to find what we wanted quickly. Lula stayed patient and continued to work with us for quite some time, to her testament, and we recently found the home we were looking for! Lula's patience, determination, and creative approach (because we live 3 hours away it wasn't convenient to see every property as quickly as we needed to - in person, so we did virtual walk-throughs) made it happen. We are very thankful to Lula and her team for all of the houses she showed us and her dedication to our needs and desires. Not only is Lula a great realtor, she's a great person as well. We couldn't recommend a better realtor for the Lake Cumberland area!

I have used Turner Realty Group to buy my first home and to sell it. I used Barry Turner both times as my realtor and couldn't have asked for a better experience. He is professional, honest, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. If you are needing a realty company Turner Realty is the way to go.

I wasn't able to buy a house, because of uncreative people at my bank and my unique per diem based income, but my agent Tonya Crawford through Turner was awesome and took me to 12 houses all in geographical order and with only 15-20 minutes between each viewing max. It was the most efficient customer experience that I have had in a while and I work and live in some areas that you almost feel like you have to jump behind the counter to get things done. So it was extremely good and I actually didn't mind anything about it.Once more the houses were pretty solid except for maybe 3 or so and 2 were really nice as in granite and stainless steel.After dealing with two other agencies that waisted way more time and didn't even show me half as many houses if I buy in that area I would use Tonya as my agent.She's literally laser focused on getting the job done.

Tanya Crawford sold us a home in Russell springs ky in March of this year. We where so impressed with her professional attitude and let's find you a home. When I found a few homes on Zillow I sent a message within 20 minutes I got a text. She was right there also conscious of our budget. She walked us threw the viewing, negotiations and the final paperwork. She even had some good decorating tips. Just a lovely lady she made us feel like we where buying a million dollar home she was excited for us even on our tiny budget. If we buy again she will be our realtor. Tanya made buying a home seamless.
