I visit often due to my chronic health problems and endless prescriptions. The majority of my experience with the pharmacy has been good! They’re constantly short staffed, yet continue to remain professional and courteous. One tech helped me with a $1,400 prescription which wasn’t covered by employer health insurance by making it $0. And this has happened on several occasions. Of the majority of the pharmacy’s in this town, I personally believe that this one is the least bad.

This pharmacy is an absolute and total joke. EVERY TIME I come to get something refilled I wait in line for an hour or more to be told that my prescription that I either 1.called and verified was ready or 2.received a text that it was ready will be another hour or more. You either get the two rude old ladies or the guy that smells like BO. They have 0 customer service skills and don’t know how to talk to customers without being rude or seeming like they don’t care. I completely understand and empathize with being overworked and understaffed but when you are also RUDE AS F and ALWAYS BEHIND something had to change. Was told once that my insurance didn’t pay for my prescription but when I verified through insurance it DID and the old lady REFUSED to call the number my insurance provided for them to call. Was told today at 8AM when I called that my prescription would be ready at 10 I get there at 10:45 hoping not to wait and they tell me it will be 45 min to an hour and that they don’t believe I talked to a real person. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO STAND AROUND FOR HOURS UPON END AND BE TALKED TO LIKE YOU’RE STUPID.!!!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible experience. Took my wife to the Dr. Because she was very sick. Got to the doctor and they prescribed her several different medications including antibiotics. I get to the Kroger pharmacy with 15 minutes to spare and there is 1 car in front of me. I wait behind this car till 5 minutes after closing. When the car finally exits the drive through I pull up and they flip the sign to closed and shut the window in my face and close the blinds. Extremely unprofessional. 0 out of 10 on this interaction.

So disappointed that this pharmacy could not provide better service than they have.
We transferred scripts from CVS because they have not had enough staffing to even be open each day and can not keep up with customer needs.
Love Kroger and had hopes that they would have a good pharmacy. Six days past the day that our scripts were to be ready, they still were not. Waited in line almost an hour to learn this. (Staff said they are always busy like that.) Then was told they would rush filling them and it would be 15min for them to be ready. Got in the drive through line this time. The lady told us they were not ready, would be 15min... this was 40min after the first 15min promise... Simply can not wait anymore, as we have frozen groceries...
Very frustrated and still desperately in need of our prescriptions.

It has been years since I have gone to a Krogers because there was not one in my previous location and the visit today did not disappoint. I found the staff to be warm and welcoming and I really appreciated having someone to not only scan my groceries but bag them and offer to help me to the car as well. I found the aisles to be handicapped accessible and they have several battery operated scooters available. I was pleasantly surprised that the prices were not only lower than several competitors but they still give fuel points with points given toward a fuel discount. Lastly the bathroom was tidy. I've been searching for an alternative to the big W and today I rediscovered my appreciation of good customer service and decent pricing. 4/5 given for a long wait at the deli. I'll be back!!!

It’s always something with this pharmacy. Used their automated system to refill a prescription a week ago, it said I had 1 refill and it would be ready a few days later, which I was fine with as I had a weeks worth of pills left. So the day comes to pick it up and I go through the drive through and get told I have nothing ready, in fact- no refills on that med! I explain to her that I requested the fill through the automated system and it said I had a refill left and was supposed to be ready for pickup. She said she’d push it through my insurance and see if it could be filled then tells me it was successful and if I went to the back of the line it would be ready by the time I got back to the window. I told her I’d just come back sometime before they close. So a couple hours later I return and say I’m ready to pick it up and she tells me it is OUT OF STOCK I’m like lady you just told me earlier to come back! I’m about to switch pharmacies it’s absolutely ridiculous! Also my doc sends in prescriptions for vitamins and the ladies won’t fill them! They tell me to go by it off the shelf! Rediculous. And they stay short staffed which I know places struggle with time to time but I got there at 8am once to get a med , thinking id beat the daytime / evening crowd, and they stand there counting money for 30 minutes , isn’t that what you’re supposed to do before you open??

Went above and beyond to get a RX for my postpartum wife after a technical issue forced us to drop-off within 30 minutes of closing due to a late release from hospital.

Placed a $300 pick up order, employee took my card inside after writing the correct pin down. Was in the store for about 10+ minutes, then he comes back outside to tell me he LOCKED my card up bc he entered the pin in to many times incorrectly. How do you enter it in incorrectly when it’s wrote down, better yet how are you employed if you can not remember a 4 digit pin (very simple at that) from a customers car to the door?? That’s what about 10 steps? Okay whatever everyone forgets right!?… so then you go back and ask what it was but did he NO instead he stood there only causing another huge issue by locking the card up. Now my card can’t be used for 24 hrs. I called the pick up asked to speak to a manager I was told the guy on the phone was the pickup “lead” he was just rushing not willing to help at all, so I asked to speak to a manger then this “lead” giggles and says a manager isn’t going to tell you anything different. I then just hung up bc he clearly was wasting my time as the mentally incapable guy already had. Please hire better help. I realize no one wants to work anymore but doing customers this way will lead you to NO repeat customers. Trust me.

super disappointed in krogers pickup service we picked up groceries and it had 7 things missing and we decided to go look in the store and they had 5 of the 7 things they put as missing. super aggravating would be nice if they actually checked first. lazy and probably don't want to look
