My phone screen was busted. They fixed it great! then my front facing camera was Blurry I asked if they could fix it they said sure let me order the part.. I've been up there multiple times in the past three weeks for them to fix it an even called an still nothing. They keep saying I'll order the part!! I payed over 300 for it to be fixed.. an this passed Tuesday sept 3/24 I called them they said the part will be here tomorrow but couldn't get to it till Thursday morning sept 5/24 first thing that morning.. AND STILL DONT HAVE MY PART! said it would be tomorrow.. so i would have to take more time outta my day an miss more work for it to be fixed!! very very poor experience.!!!

Tyler was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to help me with my computer. I would highly recommend using him for all of your computer and cell phone needs. He was extremely reasonable on his pricing as well.

Went in with my laptop busted after a bad update and left with a supremely more enjoyable laptop. This place is my new go to for laptop repair. The other places in somerset seem to be just people working out of their garages. 10/10, would do business here again.

I don't know much about phones, but my sim card slot was messed up, he was honest about this and easily told me I needed a new phone because I would have not known. Instead he fixed the problem and replaced the sim card slot it cost me $60 Instead of $800 or a new phone. I would recommend to anyone even if they can't fix it, it seems like they will tell you the truth and not just try to get one over on you. Thanks again!

Took my sons gaming computer here, he replaced the motherboard & turned out to not be the only issue, so took it back & he got it up & going for my son. 15yr old couldn't be happier now that he's not getting kicked off every 5 minutes or less

John was great. My daughter cracked her phone screen and we navigated the process of finding a shop to make the necessary repair. John was very clear on pricing (very reasonable and fair), time line for completion of work. At pickup he was very customer focused on any questions and if any issues arise to feel free to call him for help. I appreciate John's work and his customer service. He was a great example to my daughter of a "really good business owner" and what she should expect from future encounters for comparison. I highly recommend John and his work!

I came here and had my iPhone screen fixed very quickly for a very reasonable fee. He kindly offered to fix it for us, but offered another alternative that was much cheaper. You don't see service like this very often
