“I have been through a horrendous ordeal with my daughter and I being trafficked and some hotels were involved. I don't feel these people were because they were nice and the woman let me use her phone since both phones in my room did not work. (which was a little fishy since I needed a phone really bad to report that my phone was stolen and I needed to report fraud on my account) but I have to trust and not think everyone is involved. “As close to perfect a hotel as I've stayed at in 10 years. Staff is great. Room is clean and very functional. Wifi works good. Cleaning staff is excellent. Location is just right. Booking was easy. Check in quick and hassle free. Sturdy luggage carts. Building is away from traffic. Extremely pleased with this experience!”
