Requested style: My sisters brought our precious 76 year old mom in yesterday, for a haircut, she had a picture of what she wanted and it was a pixie cut, needless to say that’s not what she got at all, her hair is now shorter than our dads, when she told the lady that’s not what she wanted the stylist was rude and very disrespectful to her, my sister told her, not to be yelling at her mom. Sure she got a bad haircut, but it’s the disrespect that has our entire family angry. The fact that the stylist was comfortable with talking & treating the matriarch of our family, so poorly tells me all I need or want to know about her & this establishment. If you don’t know how to do a certain cut, color, etc, then just say you don’t know how and ask for help, always be eager to learn, don’t be afraid to ask questions. One more thing, considering you work with the public, if you can’t be professional while with customers maybe you should seek another line of work.

Went today to get hair because my husband and me use the same phone number when she cut my hair she used my husband numbers . I look like a man my hair is so short I'm almost bald. Don't understand how this happens . How do you tell them it's not right if they cut all your hair off.

Checked in online, as I almost always do, and there was zero wait time. Showed up and went right to the chair, got my hair cut, paid and was out in very little time. Very pleasant experience.Service: Haircut

I went in and the lady’s station was not cleaned up tools were not clean they were used from the previous person and I have pieces of hair longer then other pieces. Very unsanitary and didn’t give me the hair cut I asked for.. I asked for an inch off and I got 4 cut off if not more
