Owner/manager does not answer their phone or email. You have no idea if your unit is actually reserved or cancelled. No confirmations, nothing. Sorry business practices.As far as the facility, the driveway is extremely steep and too bumpy for a moving truck with fragile things in it. If you have a few things in a pickup, its ok, just drive slow. Its way too small to maneuver a large moving truck into. I wouldn't dare try and move appliances or fragile items down the driveway. They would get violently rocked and bumped around which would cause damage.
