Paid 60.00 and waited 2 hours to get nails done. Two days after, the gel chipped and peeled off. I called and explained, they said for me to come in and they will fix. I waited for 20 mins and it didn’t look like I was going to get the fix soon, so I left. And after a week my other nails are chipping
And growing from the cuticle o ky after one week. PS I don’t work hard with my hands my manicures lasts at least a month or more.******** adding comment 3 weeks after and the second picture all the nails pealed off and my nails were so brittle they were breaking off and hurting. I had to use antibacterial cream with bandaids. And Advil for the pain.

First time for an manicure and pedicure. They cut my toe and made it bleed.
Then after sitting for over 15mins to dry my nails, nobody came to check on me to see how it was going, then Polish did not set and and it was ruined within 15 mins of leaving their store.
I went back the next day to complain and they wanted to charge me another 50.00 to correct. Never going back and do not recommend this place 100%

This was my 2nd visit. No appointment but a last minute call before I headed out of town. Again, it was my lucky day because D's Nails had an opening and fit me right in!!!

I'll rate it 1 star for quality of service. 4 for being nice. 2 overall. I won't go to some of the other salons due to the bad reviews, so I thought I would be safe going here. However, this review isn't great either.
Once a year I'll get a mani/pedi to get cuticles trimmed, enjoy and massage, etc. But this was only an "okay" job and my least favorite service from a nail salon. Granted, they're nice, but the service is very impersonal like herding cattle.
I called to make an appointment. They only said walk-in. There are only two customers starting a pedi ahead of me. Shortly after, 3 more walk in. Not my fault. You should tell them to come back in 30 minutes. These two women did all of us at the same time! This is ridiculous. The lady would trim nails then go trim someone else or start polishing someones toenails. Then the other would jump in when she finished a step on somebody. Mani was rushed while I sat in the pedi chair, along with getting the wet towel draped across my clothing. Hand and foot massage were extremely short. The helper did better than the one trimming. The one trimming did a mediocre job on my cuticles. Much was skipped or barely trimmed. Nails were trimmed crooked and filed poorly. I have ridges in my nails. Every mani I've ever had buffs the ridges gone and they get nice and clear. However, my nails still have ridges and they have a slight whitish matte look.
Also, while they were jumping from person to person instead of giving you a personal experience, my water was cold from waiting so long for them to finish.
And for the finish before i was out of the chair, in her loud voice, "you pay cash"?! I was thoroughly disgusted at that point.
Next time I'll wait until I'm in Georgetown where I've received great, personal, quality work.
Sorry D's. You should allow appointments or tell people to return later. As for future customers, hopefully your experience will be better if they don't get busy after you arrive.
Just left Wal-Mart. Spent a little under $21 to fix what I paid them to do. Cuticle trimmer, buffer and file and a cuticle groomer. When I would reach in my pockets, the skin and cuticle pieces she left hanging would get hung on the material.

The nail salon is clean and beautiful, the owner is cheerful and sociable and beautiful. The important thing is the quality. Once done carefully, you will be satisfied. I hope you guys near and far will have a chance to come and support her.

Very welcoming. Very fast service. A very nice/sweet/friendly/caring gentleman that's lived here in Kentucky for over 27 years did the French manicure for me and did a beautiful job.
