"I would like to share my experience with both Don Franklin dealerships in Somerset and London, KY. I have a habit of sticking to the facts, so here's my honest assessment. The Don Franklin dealership in Somerset did not offer a fair value for my trade-in, and their prices on used vehicles were higher than average. However, I found a solution by transferring my interest to the Don Franklin dealership in London, KY.At the London dealership, I received exceptional service. They provided me with a great deal, offering what I was asking for my trade-in, a low-interest rate, and a payment plan that suited my needs. Most importantly, there was no sales pressure, making the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. On the contrary, my experience with the Somerset dealership was disappointing. Their staff was uncooperative, wasting my time and making inappropriate remarks. Despite my well-researched approach, their sales manager, whose name I don't recall but had a long beard, displayed unprofessional behavior, indicating a lack of respect for customers.This situation contrasts sharply with the Don Franklin Auto's claim on their website: "Unlike some dealerships in Kentucky, at Don Franklin Auto, the customer comes first." I strongly urge Mr. Franklin to investigate this dealership, as their conduct tarnishes the reputation of the Don Franklin brand.I deeply regret not reading reviews beforehand, as I would have avoided wasting two days and unnecessary stress. My sincere appreciation goes to the team at the Don Franklin dealership in London, especially my salesman Tyler and the finance expert "Peanut." They truly exemplified customer-centric values, making me feel valued and respected throughout the process."
