I had the opportunity to visit the store a couple of weeks ago. It was very neat and organized, didn´t have any issues on finding what I was looking for.Plus, the manager Dendy who helped me out with all what I need was very assertive and attentive. He answer all my inquires and even suggest me a couple of other options that I end up liking them.I live in Florida, but if I have to go shopping, I will fly back to Louisville to just got to Hugo Boss. Great experience!

Dendy went out of his way to get me the pair of shoes that I was looking for. I called from out of state and Dendy located the pair of shoes that I was looking for and took care of getting them sent to me the next day. Rare customer service.
