We absolutely love Joe! He is very informative and up to spend on his knowledge. I am thankful for his ability to help us each year. The real bonus is the hometown feel. We need more places of business like that.

was highly recommended by a great friend to Gary Dawson. when calling to schedule with Gary I was told they didn't have a Gary but had a Joe. I went ahead and scheduled with him. great customer service every time I called until after the appointment. I brought 2 business and 8 individuals to file with Joe and was promised it would be him to prep and file our taxes not others around his office. I left my previous tax person for this reason and he assured it would be him. Joe prepared one business and one personal return in 30 mins while in the office and said give him till Monday (5 days) and I should hear back from him. during that 5 days I called to make sure he received the email on the things he needed me to provide to file and Emily confirmed yes. Yesterday and today I called to check on the status as we are on day 9 and not had one update from Joe. I was informed his girlfriend Emily would be taken over our taxes and she has not ever filed a schedule C and that's alot of self employment and it's just going to take her some time to do this. JOE PROMISED HE WOULD BE THE ONE TO DO MY TAXES!! when I picked the taxes up Joe was very unprofessional because his Girlfriend is right of course. BEAWARE!!!
