Went for some plumbing parts and paint. The paint was quick and easy getting it tinted. The plumbing parts were different. Couldn't find the 3/4 PVC pipe, or fittings for same. Asked and they said they had stock, just wasn't out. I think these common items should be checked regularly to make sure they are on the shelf.

Needed more help at the self checkout. Nobody seemed to know how to operate anything. I got tired of waiting and left. Very frustrating. Older folks sometime can't understand how to operate self check outs. I would really like to see lows get rid of the self check outs.

This isn't my home store, but the App made finding everything easy. Everything I needed was in stock. I was able to check out quickly. Store was clean. Recommend!

Ample parking, went looking for vegetable plants and there were alot of them..I was looking for lettuce and spinach. Found a couple lettuce (live) plants but they were expensive 9.98 a plant. They did have a great selection of seeds at a decent price 2.29

Waited for more than 30 minutes for an employee to cut a piece of bulk hose for me while my baby fussed. Asked three different employees nearby for help, and all said they would find someone to cut it. No one would come help. Employees were standing nearby and talking and laughing. Finally gave up and ordered from Amazon.

Very nice people and helpful a few workers that would ignore and just walk away as trying to ask questions,but went to the next worker and they would help.lots and lots of great stuff people may need we love it there and definitely recommend.

Purchased a new set of Gerber stems. Let's see if they work. The seats did not. The metal used immediately tore up being too soft the older real brass ones were reinstalled. Things made in China these days are of low quality.

We have so far had horrific ordeal. We have ordered flooring and a 60 inch vanity that they cannot locate. We are still waiting to receive these items. The manager does not seem knowledgeable about the ordering system or organization of her store.

This store recently terminated a 20 year plus associate. She is 82 years old. Her husband passed and she found she had to go back to work. I'm sure standing on her feet 8 hrs per day has given her illnesses. Policies are not just black and white. Where is compassion and caring for your associates. It's hard enough to find good employees much less someone that has given 20 yrs of their life. Shame on Lowes.
