Always friendly staff and caring group. We go out of our way to go here over other local places. They work well with animals, and my animals aren't nervous or scared to come here on a regular basis. Thanks you for taking such good care of our animals.

I give this place a one star. The main veterinarian there was extremely rude to us. We told her that we just wanted our dogs skin condition taken care of with flea meds and that was it. When she started trying to ring up all kinds of other tests and charges I told her no, we just want the flea meds. After I stood my ground on this she got very mouthy and insulted us and our ability to take care of our dog (we treat him like a king and we love our Brody). I will never take any of our animals back to this place.

Very caring end of life care for my cat. The emotional support was caring. The location is very clean and well organized. Thank you. In honor of Charleigh 2011-2024The painting is in one of the exam rooms. It is a portrait of the clinic cat they had.

Dr Duncil after hours urgent & emergency services 6pm-10pm was absolutely amazing! She took good care of my baby boy!! He ripped his toe nail off & it was barely hanging, his quick was exposed. We took him in & they were able to remove it, bandage it && gave him pain meds & antibiotics to take home. He’s doing really well & resting now!

This place is absolutely disgusting. They don't care about your animals at all, just your money. If your dog has to have an emergency surgery, they won't save your dog if your card declines, or offer to bill your home so you can make payments later. They do not prioritize your animal, they prioritize your money. They will literally let a dog have a seizure on the floor in front of them and just shrug their shoulders if you can't pay upfront. Cruel humans who don't deserve any of their positions. No one should be expected to pay 5K up front.

I only take my dogs here. Years ago I had a black lab named Gemma, they were so good with her. We recently got 2 new puppies and that's where they've gotten their shots and all their care from.
