“Aug 2023 2011 Jeep Liberty. General Rock pits and chips, old paint deterioration, major dent and associated paint scars and scratches, and major wheel well and flare damage. Previous places estimated ridiculous if they could work it in. Took in to Davis for estimate. Polite folks really looked closely at damage and listened to what I wanted done. Promptly gave me an estimate and a date with repair time frame. Estimate was very fair and way lower than any other estimate. I questioned details of estimate. Answers were great. I couldn't believe it. End result, they did exactly what they said they would do...and some extra things thrown in. They did it all for exactly what they quoted. They started when they were supposed to and finished exactly in the time frame they said it would take. The car was spotless when picked up. Clean, clean. The work was exemplary. I struggle for a proper description. My wife told me she would like to keep it awhile instead of trading. I was in the shop twice. Visited with the folks. Family. Very nice and friendly. Felt comfortable with where I took the car and was well beyond satisfied with price and work. Davis & Sons will be my first stop next time. I highly recommend them.”

I bought a set of all terrain tires from walmart 5 years ago, it seemed atleast 3 times a month I would have a flat”
“Dewayne did awesome on my **** cherokee went to him after going to big o tires. Big o tires told me I needed a starter and put on one for me but my vehicle still wasn't starting. Gentlemen at ******** gave me Dewayne address he found the issue and fixed it and my vehicle has started every time since then.”

“Called him to fix my son's car. My son had recently moved to the area and I was looking for an honest and affordable mechanic for him. I found it! There was a problem with his steering column but the mechanic tried another part that could possibly fix the problem before having me spend money that possibly didn't need to be spent. Unfortunately I had to replace the steering column but the mechanic updated the entire time and we are happy with the results. We'll definitely be using his services again!!”

“Major props to Travis, Greg and Jathan for their extraordinary kindness, honesty and expertise! Pulled up with neither an appointment nor a need for an oil change. Simply needed someone to check my oil en route to Nashville. And they not only checked the oil, they checked the other fluids as well - plus spotted lots of oil residue on the front and back exhaust - something EVERY other mechanic missed even when they knew I had a "slow oil leak" - and also something that is potentially dangerous! ... Bottom line, these guys are GREAT and when I do need an oil change, Crossroads Express Lube will be my go to place! ?????ps: Travis removed much of the oil residue and recommended a couple local mechanics who can replace the valve cover gaskets ... ???”

“Started to go to work Saturday morning and wouldn't you know it the red devil wouldn't start. Knew it wasn't the battery after the owner of batteries plus installed it himself less than a year ago. Had it towed in today after most everyone I know said go to Precision. The staff was friendly and efficient getting back to me with a quote for my ignition switch within a couple hours. Once I ok'd the fix it was less than 2 hours before the red devil was back in my hands. The folks at Precision auto made a rotten situation quick and easy and relatively painless!”

“These guys are awesome. If you need assistance, call them FIRST! Five stars is not enough. Fast, courteous, very safety conscious, most helpful and accommodating. Professional to a T. Thought I needed air in the RV rear tire and stopped here thinking the high pressures would not be a problem for truck tire services. The owner said he didn't do RVs but he'd add air. The tire was only 5-10lbs low but his experience told him the inside dual could be the problem. He pulled the wheels off to find a stem extension had sheared off. Prior to the discovery he was preparing to call around for replacement tires if needed. Turned my way out of state emergency into a restoration in humanity, quality and service. If you need help call them FIRST! I know but it is worth repeating.”
