Thank you for assisting me with having my packages delivered to the house vice having to come in for pickup. I'm glad the carrier used my package receptacle. Again, thanks.UPDATE 31OCT 2022: came home today and the postal worker just threw my package in the yard.I have a recepticle to have them place in therr and not leave their vehicle . Close to filing a IG report.

Just wanting to warn others not to use the service for package pickups. This is the second time in a row they haven’t picked up after paying $25 each time for them to come. They need to inform someone higher they aren’t able to so they will remove it from the website! Lesson learned; it’s just inconvenient. They also didn’t come the last time I requested pickup with mail drop off, which is ridiculous considering they’re already here. They have been picking up for me for about a year, but always earlier than scheduled. I can deal with that, but I can’t deal with giving them $25 to ignore me. People at post office are friendly, but have been closing early lately.

I have been inside a few times. They are always fast and get me out the door. I have never had a package delivery issue with my outbound packages.

Most of the important papers do not arrive. Sent money lost. Many packages do not arrive and are recorded as completed. Like passports. Immigration management papers
