I can’t rave enough about my experience with this shop! Joe was awesome! He got my bmw wagon in and out over a few days with a last minute repair. Roberto’s swooped in and saved the day! Thank you guys so much

I've used Roberto's three times. The first time was fine. The next time he had to rebuild my engine. He had the vehicle over 6 months, and we were told it was due to shipping delays of parts. He only called us once during this time. Any updates we received was due to us calling him. Two weeks before picking up the car, we were told a final price. When we were to pick up the car, it was significantly more than the final price we were told, but it was still close to the original quote from six months prior. Due to warranty, I had to take my car back after 1000 miles for an oil change. I was told it would only take an hour, but I ended up having to leave it overnight. When I went the next morning, Roberto asked if anyone had been under the hood since I had picked it up, but no one had. The engine cover had been put on backwards. He immediately went of the defensive saying no one of his staff or himself would have done that, and put the blame on me. He also continously was talking down to me like I knew nothing about cars. This was the final straw, and I will not take my car back or recommend him to anyone .Services: General repairs & maintenance

Took my car there with a noise/rattle and an oil leak. After nearly $2000 dollars in work, that I was assured would fix the problem, I still go through 1.5 quarts of oil between oil changes, and Roberto refuses to own up to not getting the job done right. He now tells me it will be another $1100 dollars in labor, plus parts, to fix the problem that magically occured after I pulled away last time, that magically did not exist when he had it, and has nothing to do with the work he did. It is only 1 oil change from when he did the work. This developed immediately after I left he says. He refuses to make it right. I would never have agreed to the $2000 dollars of work if I new there was another 2k on the other side of it. DO NOT USE ROBERTOS

i took my car there and he was helpful,l trust him and his worker they know what they are doing,he did a great job putting in my fuel pump ,l will take my car back when ever i need my car work on Roberto is kind and he explains what is wrong and what needs fix ,he knows what he is doingService: General repairs & maintenance

I have brought my cars to Roberto for at least 20 years that include Volvo, BMW and VW. He has always let me know exactly what the issues might be, what possibility that may add cost to the estimate and there have been occasions which the cost was lower than the estimate. Roberto is a poor communicator and lacks professionalism as a business man. I would never leave my car at his business. In all the mess at his shop, I can’t imagine what would happen to my car??!! He was extremely rude and unwilling to help in a crisis! He quoted an outrageous price to repair my car! Beware of this business! Would never recommend!!!

There were literally two people there that were nice. The owner treats everyone as they're stupid. I was told I needed a new starter... didn't. Asked for help when they replaced a battery that I paid for, again treated me like an idiot. Miguel is cool, but the owner is condescending. I wouldn't recommend this place at all if it wasn't for Miguel and the other guy (nameless). I had to apologize for not being a mechanic. Sorry that's not my field. I can't stress enough how down punching the owner is.

Our only vehicle was acting up and Roberto's crew was able to get me in despite his busy schedule. Considering our vehicle was brought in unexpectedly, Roberto was able to diagnose the problem and fix the issue. As this was our only vehicle, when he heard I would have to find a ride Roberto came and picked me up to go to his shop. The local Nissan dealership wasn't able to accommodate our vehicle the NV3500 (what dealership doesn't have the lift to cover ALL their vehicles?) and recommended that I take it to their other Nissan shop which meant I would have to pay to tow my vehicle almost 35minutes away. Also, Roberto and his crew is very willing to offer assistance and suggestions when you have a question. This place is a breath of fresh air in an era of unkindness and prideful people. You can tell they genuinely want to help.

Worse repair shop in town!! Spent over $1,000 on getting a simple coolant repair fixed. They asked me to come back in and they could do another repair.. NOT HAPPENING. Staff seems nice but plays the stupid card on not knowing why something so broken and keeps trying random things. Sad and poor excuse for a repair shop!! Try to help small business but get this experience.. will be taking to certified dealerships from now on!
