Always easy to get a 24/7 Uhaul from here. Super friendly staff and ready to go equipment, this is my first choice in Richmond for picking up a truck or trailer when I need to do some hauling!! Thanks Ya'll!

Edit: I bought a ready to install battery today for an atv and it was completely dead I charged it and it still doesn't keep charge.I've only used them for uhaul rentals but the customer service is phenomenal here. They treat you like family as soon as you walk through the door.

We were having car trouble while on a family trip. We were in a Honda Minivan and they replaced the battery for us and helped us with any other issues we had. Everyone was nice and super helpful. I highly recommend!

So a few weeks ago I dropped and cracked my iPhone 11. I called lots and lots of places but the prices were extremely high to replace my screen and some were shady and even rude on the phone. However, after complaining about my cracked screen and not knowing where to go to fix it my friend said try Batteries Unlimited they replaced my screen and they were great! So I called and asked for a quote! After getting the lowest quote I went with them I had awesome service and it was great! Now a few days ago my screen messed up something that was extremely unusual and obviously no one’s fault but, they went on and replaced my screen anyways. Thank you Batteries Unlimited for the great service and the awesome quality! I definitely recommend 10/10!

They could not program my key fob. Gave me a run around for a week, then when I went back, still could not do it. He said he would call me back, never did. He was rude and not helpful at all. Then I tried to buy a battery and he he was going to charge me twice the price elsewhere. Got angry when I told him it was cheaper elsewhere. Do not go here. Only want your money. He also said I would be charged even if the key fob didn't work after he did it. If it didn't work, why would he charge me?
