Low tire pressure light came on ( all 4 tires) due to cold weather. They checked the pressure and fixed the problem at NO CHARGE. Thank you so much Mann Toyota. When it's time to trade my Kia seltos, I'll be back to see you.

It took an hour and a half for an oil change, tire rotation, & tire balance. So that wasn’t all that bad but it would have been nice to have been kept updated on the progress. Also, they have a room designated as a child room but there is absolutely nothing in there for a child. No books, toys or tv. It would be nice to have something there to occupy a child while we wait.

If I could give a lower rating I would. We where sold a truck with a frame issue and littlerly falling apart from rust. We where told that it was fine and had been looked at.After the fule tank fell off barely 6 months later was then told that we where never told the tuck was checked and was fine.. they wanted to trade for a different truck. We had our own mechanics check it out. This truck was in even worse shape that it couldn't even be put on the lift the bed was as about to break.They bought the truck back from us and not even a week later it was back on the lot for resale and on the website stating nothing is wrong with the truck. Nevermind the major rust that caused 4 major frame issues.Just be careful if buying from them

Bought a car here had issues within the first month took it to be worked on 3 separate times still has issues haven’t had it a year and now it’s not wanting to start this is after they traded it for a car I previously bought which had a junked title found out from a bank and they acted like they didn’t know

Long story short, they are excellent and honest people to do business with. Myron and Brad were great! I bought my new Rav4 from them in early September, and it was a great experience throughout the whole process. It’s been about 4 months since my purchase, and I still have absolutely no regrets and not a single negative thing to say about it.Anyone who knows me, knows I do my homework before I dive into something. I spent longer than I’d like to admit (months) learning and researching “tips and tricks” to buying vehicles from a dealer, how most places add hidden fees here and there, how places will move numbers around on financing to make it look like you’re getting a deal, and so on. Mann does NONE OF THAT. None. I went in ready to negotiate hard on any mark ups, since most places were charging $3,000-$5,000 extra due to vehicle shortages. Mann didn’t mark up a penny extra for it. Some places may advertise a price that is a few hundred dollars lower, but I promise it’ll be much more than Mann when you get to the total of the line items on the buying sheet.Some people reading this may ask what I have to gain by leaving such a long, glowing review. It’s simple: I want Mann to still be selling vehicles this way when I’m in the market for another vehicle. Very few places do it as simply and honestly as they do, and this is the kind of dealership model that consumers should be supporting.

Visited them for a leaf spring campaign replacement. The service tech was awesome, he pointed out some issues that needed to be addressed really quickly. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He goes by Stony. My serpentine belt on my 2009 Tacoma was frayed. Could cause me a major breakdown. I definitely will be going back to them as needed.
